My Friend Jennifer Willis has started a Blog Hop for Adoptive Families. We're on the list. Feel free to browse those listed and check out all the awesome things God is doing with these families and saving the lives of orphans. You can Visit Jennifer's blog by clicking here, or by the link at the bottom, they are family number One.
For those new to blog hops...here's a little blog hop etiquette for you:
Visit AND comment on other blogs. If you found a new blog through a Blog Hop, make sure you leave a comment and let the blogger know how you found them.
Read one of their posts.
Leave a relevant comment on their post and mention how you found them.
Follow their blog through Google Friend Connect, Google+, or other blog following tools.
Make sure to add the link tool to your own blog! You can grab the code right here: get the InLinkz code This code allows you to create your own post that will have an exact copy of the original inlinkz list. Each time someone joins the Blog Hop, no matter which blog they join from, everyone’s inlinkz is automatically updated and shows the complete list of participating blogs.
Have fun!!

National Cerebral Palsy Awareness Day 2012
I have a nephew with cerebral palsy. I love him to bits. He has worked hard to get to where he is today. Things are not always easy for him, but he is a strong little boy.
I love you Everett. This video is for you. (made by me, at the request of your mommy)

Puzzle Fundraiser
Things have been kind of crazy lately, with having to move, and having to change Home study agencies. We are swamped. But we are so excited to be getting started on some of the big steps to bringing Jaxon home.
We have decided to begin our first fundraiser. It will be an ongoing thing. Here is a picture of a puzzle we have purchased for Jaxon.
So here's the deal. If you would like to help bring Jaxon home, you can be a "piece of the puzzle"
By Making a donation of $5 towards a puzzle piece you will have your name written on the back of the piece, or pieces.
We will put the puzzle together as pieces are purchased, and update with pictures.
When the puzzle is complete we will frame it on both sides with glass, and hang it in Jaxon's room. He will always have a reminder of His country and of those who love him and helped bring him home to his family.
Here are the ways you can donate. Just click the Chip In button on the side of the blog and it will take you to paypal where you can designate the amount you wish to donate. (Donations through this ChipIn are NOT tax deductible) Please put in your note that it is for the Puzzle fundraiser, and how many pieces you wish to purchase. You can also donate if you wish by sending a check, this way there is no small percentage given to paypal. If you wish to do this just leave a comment and I will let you know where to send to.
We will make sure your name goes on those pieces and we thank you for your generosity in helping us bring our boy home.
It is hard to ask for money, but we know there are those out there who are burdened for these orphans who want to help. There are those who want to help, but can't adopt, this is a way you can help. Every Penny counts! God has called us to care for the orphans and widows.
Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
James 1:27
Give as the Lord leads, and continue to pray for us on this journey. We are so thankful for everyone's support!

The Beginning of a Beautiful Journey...
I have not updated much about the Adoption for a while. Things are in the works. I promise a detailed update soon. I just can't say a lot right now. Also remember to check the Adoption Journey Tab at the top to find new updates.
I thought I'd share this beautiful song I discovered from Casting Crowns.
Enjoy!
