6 Months

6 months...the time frame between when we got married, and when I got pregnant with Kyah. 6 months...It can be a long time, or a short time depending on how you look at it.

When I look back on the many things we did in 6 months, it seems like a long time. When I tell people it's the time gap between pregnancies it seems short. 6 months was how old Kyah was when we found out we were having Savannah...Oh the fun we had during that time.

When Kyah was born Michael was there, he's exactly 4 weeks older than her...here's a picture of them when Kyah was about a week old.

As a new family of three, we thrived. God had blessed us greatly.

Kyah spent time with her cousins...

She did what most babies do...she slept, she ate, and you guessed it, she pooped. :)
She was a very peaceful baby, she slept well, and she only cried when she had a need. Our Precious Kyah...

At about 3 weeks old, we took her to Oregon... we stayed with our good friends the Spences for a night, and then spent a week with the Vondos. :)  We had a wonderful time...

We visited the Mystery Spot...that was interesting...

We visited with friends...

And saw some beautiful scenery...

Before we knew it she was ONE month old!

Kyah and Michael again...

 She continued to grow...

Spent more time with her precious cousins, Chloe and Gracie...

 Had photo shoots with Mommy...

Made plenty of friends...

A couple more comparison shots with Michael...

And She was Two months old...

See how 6 months seems like a lot of time when going through pictures and memories!
But of course, living through it, time flew by, we must have been having fun!

A few more pretty pictures...

A new discovery. The quivering Lip, when Daddy sings, and then...The all out CRY!
Poor Daddy!

She would eventually learn to love Daddy's singing...

Some More playing...

Some More time spent with cousins...

A couple more pictures with Michael...

More Sleeping..and another trip to Oregon...

And She was 3 months old.

Then Kyah and I hopped on a plane, (with Poppy) and traveled to Wisconsin for the Dacks Wedding!

We went to the Mall, on a Sleigh ride to remember! (see very bundled up kyah below)

We enjoyed the Rehearsal Dinner, Got ready the next day for the wedding, and it was Beautiful!

We went to the top of the ski hill...it was FREEZING...but beautiful!

Got to visit a little with the Newlyweds...

Played "Where's the Baby?" after the teens won a heap of toys from the claw machine at a restaurant.

And visited with our good friends, that aren't really just friends at all...they're family!

It was quite an eventful trip home, car, bus, plane, delays, fog, snow. But we made it eventually and Daddy was very happy to see us.

Not long after that, when Kyah was about 4 months old, we took a trip to visit, Uncle Jason, and Auntie Amayia, (Amayia was expecting Sadie at the time) We visited Monterey, and had a wonderful family trip.

Got some great waterfront shots..these are my favorites...

Saw the Lone Cypress...

We have been so blessed with friends and loved ones. God is good!

Time flew by and she was 5 months old.

Still loving her cousins...they just adore each other!

Everett was born...

Throw in a couple more Michael and Kyah pics...

Another photo shoot...

And she was 6 Months old.

More cousins...

I took a pregnancy test...and it wa negative.

Off to San Diego we go...

To the San Diego Zoo...

A boat tour...a tour of a navy ship, a bus tour, etc...

On our way home Kyah had her first taste of the Ocean...literally.

And we captured this little beauty...

Oh the stories this picture has to tell...notice the "missing" wedding ring...
and the unknowing placement of the hand to the belly... this picture would become quite
significant in the coming weeks...

KEEP LOOKING UP!
